Refund Policy

Overview

Because each project from Rooted & Radiant Studios is custom-created and time-intensive, refunds are limited once work has begun. This policy outlines when refunds may or may not be issued.

Deposits & Project Payments

Project deposits secure your place in the schedule and are non-refundable once work has begun.

If a project is canceled by the client before work begins, any payments made beyond the deposit may be refunded at our discretion.

After Work Has Started

Due to the custom nature of keepsakes, event plans, and business assets:

  • Payments are non-refundable once design or planning work has started

  • Time spent on research, concepting, and design is billable

  • Partially completed work may be delivered at our discretion

 

Revisions vs. Refunds

Each package includes a set number of revisions to ensure the final result meets expectations.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind

  • Preference-based dissatisfaction

  • Failure to use the final files

  • Delays in client communication

We encourage clients to use the revision rounds provided.

 

Physical Products

For printed keepsake books:

  • Because items are custom printed, physical products are non-refundable once sent to print

  • If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work to resolve the issue

 

Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases, partial refunds may be considered at the sole discretion of Rooted & Radiant Studios.
