Services

Rooted & Radiant Studios provides creative services including memory keepsakes, event planning and design guidance, and business support tools.

All services are customized. Final scope, timelines, and deliverables are confirmed after consultation and agreement.

Inquiries & Booking

Submitting an inquiry form does not guarantee project acceptance. Projects are confirmed only after written agreement and, where applicable, receipt of payment or deposit.

We reserve the right to decline projects that are not the right fit.

 

Payments

Pricing listed on the website reflects starting rates and may vary based on scope.

Payment terms (including deposits, milestones, and final payment) will be outlined in your project agreement.

All payments are non-refundable once work has begun unless otherwise stated in writing.

Revisions

Each package includes a limited number of revisions as outlined on the service page.

Additional revisions beyond the included amount may incur extra fees.

Client Responsibilities

To keep projects on schedule, clients agree to:

• Provide requested materials in a timely manner

• Review drafts promptly

• Ensure they have rights to any photos or content submitted

Delays in client response may affect delivery timelines.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive personal-use rights to their final keepsake or deliverables unless otherwise specified.

Rooted & Radiant Studios retains the right to:

• Display work in portfolio or marketing

• Share non-confidential project samples

If you prefer your project remain private, please request this in writing.

Not Full-Service Event Management

Event Planning & Design services provide creative direction and planning tools only unless explicitly stated otherwise in a written agreement. We are not responsible for vendor performance, event execution, or on-site coordination unless separately contracted.

Website Use

All website content, including text, graphics, and designs, is the property of Rooted & Radiant Studios and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rooted & Radiant Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or services.
