My Story

I could tell you I’ve always been the perfect planner, expert photographer, and the family glue… but that wouldn’t be my story at all.

It actually started with puzzles - literal ones. I’ve always loved putting pieces together, organizing chaos, and figuring out how things fit. That turned into color-coded binders, obsessively tidy Google Docs, and eventually… poster design, team leadership, and school event planning.

​

But if I’m honest, life hasn’t always been as neat as a puzzle with all its pieces in the box. I’ve walked through my share of struggles - brokenness, anxiety, seasons where joy felt far away. And yet, those chapters taught me something invaluable: to slow down, to notice the beauty in small moments, and to hold tightly to the things that truly last - faith, family, friendship, and love.

Somewhere between leading retreats, planning parties, and making too many scrapbooks for people who didn’t ask (but are now very grateful), I realized this is what I love most: creating meaningful things that make people feel something - seen, celebrated, rooted.

That’s how Rooted & Radiant Studios came to be. A place where I can bring together the things I value most - preserving memories, designing gatherings people actually remember, and supporting small business owners who want to show up clearly and creatively.

​

Outside of work, I enjoy travel, watercolors, good friends, music, and strong coffee. I love blending beauty with strategy, fun with depth, and people’s stories with design that honors them.
